Return Policy
Preamble
Our return policy is valid for 30 days.
If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we unfortunately cannot offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must be returned in its original packaging, preferably.
This condition may differ if the item is defective or damaged upon receipt. In this case, please follow the procedure outlined in the "Exchanges" section below.
Section 1 – Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item.
We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If your refund is approved, it will be processed automatically and credited to your credit card or original method of payment, within a reasonable timeframe.
Section 2 – Late or Missing Refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received your refund yet:

Contact your credit card company, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Then contact your bank, as there may be a processing delay.
If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund, please contact us via our "Contact Us" page.
Section 3 – Sale Items (if applicable)
Only items sold at regular price may be refunded.
Unfortunately, sale items are not refundable.
Section 4 – Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items that are defective or damaged.
If you wish to exchange your item for the same model, please write to us via the "Contact Us" page.
In your message, please include:

your order number or a copy of your invoice

proof of the defect (photo or video of the item concerned)
The item must be returned to the address indicated on your package.

Shipping Fees
The return shipping costs are your responsibility and are not refundable.
If you receive a refund, the return shipping costs will be deducted from the refunded amount.
Exchange Times
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged item to reach you may vary, generally between 10 and 15 business days.
Advice for Valuable Returns
If you are returning an item with a value greater than 75 Euros, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.
We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item without proof of delivery.
